Job SummaryTOT IN SHOT Photography is looking for a confident and customer-focused CRM Executive – Sales to handle customer inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into confirmed photoshoot bookings.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain photography packages, pricing, themes, and add-on services to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photoshoot packages.
• Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.
• Follow up on booking confirmations and pending payments.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call remarks, follow-ups, and booking status in the CRM system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the project management and support teams for confirmed bookings.
• Engage with previous clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through WhatsApp.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
• Customer-friendly attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or lead conversion.
• Experience in photography, hospitality, retail, or other service-based industries is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
