Our programs cover sports such as Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Cricket and Athletics, with a strong focus on children's physical development, confidence, teamwork and fitness.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Designer who can design, develop and continuously improve age-appropriate sports and physical activity curricula for children aged 2–16 years.

The ideal candidate should understand child development, sports education and activity-based learning and be capable of converting these concepts into structured, practical and engaging lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured sports and physical education curriculum for children aged 2–16 years.
• Create age-specific lesson plans for different developmental stages.
• Develop activities for sports including Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics and fundamental movement skills.
• Create monthly, term-wise and annual curriculum plans.
• Define learning objectives and expected outcomes for each age group.
• Develop activities that improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, motor skills and teamwork.
• Ensure activities are fun, engaging, safe and suitable for young children.
• Develop coach manuals, lesson plans, activity sheets and training resources.
• Work closely with sports coaches to implement and test curriculum activities.
• Observe classes and collect feedback from coaches, schools and other stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the curriculum based on feedback and children's developmental needs.
• Develop assessment methods to track children's progress.
• Create content for sports days, events and special activity programs.
• Maintain curriculum documentation and ensure standardisation across locations.
• Conduct curriculum training sessions for coaches when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sports Curriculum Design, Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, Sports Coaching or a related field.
• Master's degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) is preferred/required.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate physical activities.
• Experience designing curriculum or structured lesson plans.
• Knowledge of sports and fundamental movement skills.
• Strong documentation and content-development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with coaches and educational institutions.
• Creative approach towards designing children's activities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• M.P.Ed. / M.P.E.S. / Master's in Physical Education.
• Experience working with preschool or primary-school children.
• Experience in sports academies, schools, preschools or children's activity programs.
• Sports coaching certification will be an added advantage.
