Customer Relasionship Executive

 Welcome and greet customers warmly when they visit the store.

 Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information about products, pricing, offers, warranty, exchange/return policies, and other relevant details.

 Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction.

 Handle basic customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

 Maintain regular communication with customers through phone/WhatsApp when required.

 Initiate and encourage Google Reviews and customer feedback after a positive purchase experience.

 Maintain a record of customer feedback, complaints, reviews, and follow-ups.

 Coordinate with the sales and store team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

 Identify opportunities for repeat purchases and customer engagement.

 Inform existing customers about new products, riding gear, accessories, offers, and promotions.

 Ensure customers leave the store with a positive impression of the brand.

 Maintain professional customer interaction and represent the company in a positive manner.

 Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
