Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads through cold calling, analyse credit profiles, evaluate income documents and bank statements, recommend suitable loan options, maintain customer records, and contribute towards achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Generate quality leads through cold calling and customer outreach.
Follow up with customers interested in credit counselling and loan services.
Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
Analyse CIBIL/credit profiles, source of income, salary slips and bank statements.
Identify possible loan options based on customer eligibility.
Collect, verify and maintain customer documentation accurately.
Update CRM/Excel with call logs, lead status and customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Minimum qualificatio 10th pass can also apply.
