➕ Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 every 3 months
⏰ Shift Timings:
👩 Female: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
➡️ Any 9-hour shift
👨 Male: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM
➡️ Any 9-hour shift
📅 Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off
📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Resolve customer concerns accurately
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain customer interaction records
• Follow process and quality standards
• Achieve assigned performance targets
