Customer Service Representative – Traya Voice ProcessCompany: Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹18,000/month (Freshers) | ₹20,000/month (Experienced)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Education: 12th Pass / Graduates

Age Limit: 18–30 Years

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Update CRM records and maintain call quality standards.
  • Achieve performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Eligibility & Skills
  • Languages: Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Graduates can apply; non-graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
