Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1) Loading and unloading goods: Ensuring packages are safely transported and delivered.
2) Navigation: Using GPS and navigation apps to navigate routes efficiently.
3) Customer interaction: Interacting with customers professionally and courteously, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
4) Signature and payment collection: Obtaining customer signatures and collecting payments when required.
5) Package quality: Ensuring packages are delivered undamaged and maintaining product quality throughout the delivery process.
6) Delivery scheduling: Managing delivery schedules to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of service.

Note: 2 Wheeler license with 2 wheeler mandatory for this job role.
