Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPick up laundry from customers' homes, offices, or designated locations.
- Deliver cleaned and ironed clothes to customers within the scheduled time.
- Verify orders during pickup and delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Handle garments carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Collect payments (if required) and issue receipts.
- Maintain delivery records and update order status.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
- Keep the delivery vehicle/bike clean and in good condition.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
