Job Description – Department Manager (DM)


Role Purpose

Drive sales, ensure operational excellence, deliver superior customer experience, and manage team performance to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales, PICS, SAV, and FC enrollment targets.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction (Mystery Audit & feedback management).
  • Control CCA attrition and resolve employee issues on time.
  • Ensure SOP compliance, store readiness, and VM standards.
  • Monitor cash handling, reports, and process adherence.
  • Maintain team schedules, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Drive training, skill development, and performance improvement.
  • Achieve CCA productivity and Private Label sales targets.

  • Sales vs budget achievement
  • Audit & SOP compliance scores
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Team productivity & attrition
