Job Summary
ISM UNIV is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to promote our training programs, generate student enquiries, increase admissions, and improve our online presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging digital marketing content, posters, reels, and promotional videos.
- Run paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Generate leads and student enquiries for training and internship programs.
- Manage digital campaigns to increase student admissions.
- Handle social media messages, comments, and enquiries.
- Work on SEO to improve website visibility on Google.
- Update website content and monitor website performance.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to follow up on leads.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Wordpress, and SEO.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing, or graphic design is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to generate quality leads and achieve marketing targets.
