Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics, Dispatch & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch activities, inventory coordination, transportation, and operational requirements. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products while coordinating with customers, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, drivers, and delivery partners.
• Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor the status of dispatched materials and follow up on delays.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, loading, and documentation of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and transportation details.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.
• Handle returns, replacements, damaged goods, and delivery-related issues.
• Maintain inventory movement records and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Ensure that materials are dispatched as per customer orders and company procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics and dispatch reports.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and reducing transportation delays and costs.
• Handle general operational activities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and transporters.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
• 1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or operations is preferred.
