Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for responsible and hardworking Drivers to handle the transportation and delivery of fresh flowers to our clients and warehouses.

Our clients include major companies such as BigBasket, Zomato, and other large customers. The driver will be responsible not only for driving but also for loading, unloading, scanning, and handling flower packets at client warehouses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive company vehicles for flower transportation and delivery.
• Load flower boxes/packets into the vehicle at the Hoovu Fresh warehouse.
• Transport and deliver flowers to client warehouses such as BigBasket, Zomato, etc.
• Unload the flower boxes/packets at the client warehouse.
• Move the flowers from the vehicle to the designated warehouse area.
• Scan flower packets individually using the warehouse scanning process.
• Place the scanned flower packets into the appropriate crates.
• Ensure all flower packets are properly scanned and accounted for.
• Check the quantity of flowers during loading and unloading.
• Handle flowers carefully to maintain product quality and minimize damage/wastage.
• Collect and maintain necessary delivery documents such as invoices, delivery challans, GRN/POD, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and client teams during deliveries.
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of the company vehicle.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
• Festival & Night Shift RequirementCandidates must be willing to work night shifts when required.
• During festivals and peak seasons, the business operates with higher order volumes and may require night-time loading, transportation, unloading, and scanning activities.
• Candidates should be flexible with working hours based on business requirements.
• Overtime/extra working hours will be applicable as per company policy.
• Candidate RequirementsValid Driving License is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a driver is preferred.
• Experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, FMCG, e-commerce, or perishable products will be an advantage.
• Should be physically fit and comfortable with loading and unloading activities.
• Should be comfortable handling flower boxes/packets and working in a warehouse environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Should be willing to work flexible shifts, including night shifts during festivals and peak periods.

CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
