Job Description
Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Manager – Amazon & Flipkart
Location: Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-3 Years
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager who can independently manage and grow our Amazon & Flipkart business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of Amazon & Flipkart marketplace operations
- Manage and optimize product listings, titles, images, keywords, pricing, and catalogs
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve product visibility
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Plan and manage marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Monitor sales, returns, cancellations, ratings, reviews, and account health
- Track inventory and coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team
- Analyze marketplace data and prepare regular sales reports
- Identify new opportunities for product growth and expansion
- Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support for account and operational issues
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart
- Should have independently managed marketplace accounts
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Good knowledge of marketplace advertising, promotions, SEO, and catalog management
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills prefered
- Sales-driven and commercially focused
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred
Candidates who can demonstrate actual sales growth/results on Amazon or Flipkart will be preferred.
