Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. User Support

  • Help employees use the ERP system
  • Solve basic system issues and errors
  • Answer user queries and provide guidance

2. Training

  • Train employees on how to use the ERP system
  • Share simple instructions and guides

3. System Support & Coordination

  • Help in adding new features or updates to the ERP system
  • Coordinate with IT team and vendors for system improvements
  • Support system setup and changes

4. Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning and managing ERP-related tasks
  • Work with different teams to complete system-related projects

5. Documentation

  • Maintain simple guides and system records
  • Keep track of issues, updates, and solutions
