Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for commercial interior projects.
  • Estimate costs for civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, glass, and finishing works.
  • Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams for project requirements.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain updated material price lists and labor rates.
  • Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost analysis reports.
  • Clarify technical and commercial queries during the tendering process.
  • Maintain estimation records, databases, and documentation.
  • Support project handover by explaining BOQs and cost details to the execution team.
