Field Executive

Identify and onboard local scrap dealers and large-scale scrap vendors across Bangalore.

Generate new vendor leads through field visits, references, market research, and networking.

Collect and compare scrap rates, market prices, and vendor quotations.

Negotiate rates, payment terms, pickup schedules, and other commercial conditions.

Build long-term relationships with reliable scrap dealers and recyclers.

Coordinate scrap pickup, weighing, documentation, and payment follow-up.

Maintain a database of vendors, contact details, rates, materials handled, and transaction history.

Develop vendors for different categories such as metal, plastic, cardboard, e-waste, used equipment, and other recyclable materials.

Ensure vendor verification and required documentation before onboarding.

Visit existing vendors regularly and identify opportunities for better rates and service.

Share daily/weekly reports on new leads, vendor meetings, quotations, deals generated, and business value.

Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Management for smooth closure of scrap deals.
