Field Sales Associate – Hiring for Flipkart | Bangalore

We are looking for Field Sales Associates / Operations Executives to join the Flipkart team in Bangalore.

Job Details-

• Location: Bangalore
• Role: Field Sales Associate / Operations Executive
• Salary: ₹43,000 per month
• Experience: 6 months–1+ year in Sales / Field Sales / Vendor Acquisition
• Employment: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week
• Nature of Role: 2 Days work from office and remaining days Field Sales
• Open Positions: 8
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and vendors across assigned areas of Bangalore.
• Identify and onboard new restaurant and merchant partners.
• Conduct 10–15 field visits daily and achieve onboarding targets.
• Explain Flipkart Minutes Food's value proposition and convert prospects into active partners.
• Manage assigned territory and maintain strong merchant relationships.
• Collect and verify required vendor documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Candidate Requirements -

• 6 months–1+ year of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Vendor Acquisition, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, Food-Tech, or similar roles.
• Candidates from any industry with relevant sales experience can apply.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Must own a personal two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive local travel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Preferred Candidates- Experience with Swiggy or Zomato will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
