Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance team in daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and equipment breakdowns.
  • Perform basic maintenance of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, conveyors and production equipment.
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
  • Assist senior technicians in machine installation, commissioning and repairs.
  • Identify abnormalities in machines and immediately report them to the supervisor.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the maintenance area.
  • Follow all electrical safety, machine safety and plant safety procedures.
  • Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
  • Support the team during shift operations and emergency breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with Production and other departments for timely resolution of equipment issues.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and PPE.
