Flutter App Developer

BAAGUL LLP is hiring a Flutter App Developer with 1–2 years of practical experience building and publishing Android and iOS applications.

You will work on multiple mobile app projects and be responsible for taking apps from development through API/database integration, testing and production release.

• Responsibilities Build Flutter apps for Android and iOS.
• Connect apps with APIs, databases and authentication systems.
• Implement user login/signup using email, Google, Apple and phone OTP.
• Integrate payments, subscriptions and ads.
• Build responsive and polished mobile UI.
• Add animations, haptic feedback and proper loading/error states.
• Integrate camera, notifications, location and other device features.
• Debug and maintain existing Flutter applications.
• Publish and update apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store/TestFlight.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Widget tree, Stateful/Stateless Widgets, BuildContext and lifecycle.
• Responsive Flutter layouts and constraints.
• Dart null safety, async/await, Futures and Streams.
• Navigation using go_router or Navigator.
• State management using Riverpod or Bloc.
• REST API integration using Dio or http.
• JSON models, local storage and offline caching.
• Experience with Firebase / Firestore and/or Supabase.
• Authentication and protected screens.
• Basic database security / Row Level Security understanding.
• Flutter animations, Lottie or Rive.
• Dark mode and application theming.
• Flutter DevTools and debugging.

Integrations Practical experience with some of the following is preferred:

• Razorpay
• In-app purchases & subscriptions
• RevenueCat
• Google AdMob
• Push notifications
• Camera & location services

App Publishing Candidate should understand:

• Android release builds
• Google Play Console
• iOS builds
• App Store Connect
• TestFlight
• App signing and production configuration

AI-Assisted DevelopmentWe use tools such as Cursor, Codex and Claude to improve development speed.

Candidates should be comfortable using AI coding tools but must be able to:

Understand the code → Debug it → Test it → Fix issues → Release safely

• Experience Requirements 1–2 years of Flutter development experience.
• Must have at least one substantial Flutter application that can be demonstrated.
• Candidates with a live app on the Play Store or App Store are preferred.
• Strong GitHub projects may also be considered.
• Must be able to explain the code and features they personally developed.
• Nice to HaveSupabase Edge Functions / Firebase Cloud Functions
• Basic Kotlin or Swift
• CI/CD
• Automated testing
• Analytics and crash reporting
