 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling. You will conceptualize and produce both static visual assets and dynamic video content that engage our audience, elevate our brand identity, and support our marketing campaigns across all digital and print platforms.

🔨 Core Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Brand Identity: Maintain and scale our visual identity, ensuring total consistency across all channels.
• Digital Assets: Design high-converting social media graphics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), web banners, email templates, and ad creatives.
• Print & Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality sales decks, presentations, brochures, posters, and merchandise layouts.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm with the marketing and copy teams to turn abstract strategies into clear, impactful visual layouts

2. Video Production & Post-Production

• Video Editing: Cut, sequence, and polish raw video footage into high-impact short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube/Webinars).
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging titles, transitions, lower-thirds, and basic 2D animations to elevate production value.
• Audio & Color: Clean up audio tracks, select and mix background music/sound effects, and perform professional color correction and grading.
• Optimization: Export and format videos correctly based on platform-specific dimensions, bitrates, and compression guidelines

🛠 Technical Requirements & Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically:
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma or Canva experience is a plus)
• Video/Motion: Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is acceptable)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and video pacing/storytelling.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media formats, video algorithms, and digital design aesthetics.

🎓 Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience working in a dual design and video editing role (agency or in-house marketing team preferred).
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film/Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio and video showreel demonstrating both static design proficiency and narrative video editing skills is mandatory for consideration.
