Job Description

Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans.

Conduct field visits and meet potential customers.

Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Collect customer documents and complete KYC requirements.

Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing.

Follow up with customers from application to disbursement.

Build relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
