HR Executive

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for Tele-Sales positions & Employee Relations to align workforce performance with company goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales talent through job portals and other channels, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: • Talent Sourcing: o Post job openings on leading job portals (work India, Apna, Joh Hai, etc.). o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates. • Screening & Shortlisting: o Review resumes and applications to identify suitable profiles. o Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess communication, motivation, and sales aptitude. • Interview Coordination: o Schedule interviews with hiring managers and sales leadership. o Ensure timely feedback and smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders. • Selection & Onboarding: o Support offer rollouts and negotiate compensation within company guidelines. o Facilitate onboarding and induction for selected candidates. • Recruitment Analytics: o Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness). o Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership. Employee Relations & Engagement: • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances, mediate workplace disputes, and counsel employees to ensure a positive work environment. • Culture Building: Plan and organize engagement activities, team-building events, and workplace initiatives to boost morale. • Payroll processing: Coordinate payroll inputs (like attendance, leave, and overtime) to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, up-to-date employee records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality. • HR Analytics: Track workforce metrics (e.g., retention, turnover rates) to generate reports that help management make data-driven decisions. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably focused on Sales hiring. • Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
