HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Lead to manage and strengthen our HR & Administration functions. The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee management and HR process implementation.

• Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Manage manpower planning and coordinate with department heads.
• Handle onboarding, induction and employee exit formalities.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT and other applicable statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and procedures.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling and retention.
• Implement and monitor HRMS and automation systems.
• Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS, recruitment and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with management on HR strategies and organisational development.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel. Saral pay pack - experience added advantage
• Ability to independently manage HR & Admin functions.
• Strong coordination and decision-making abilities.
