Job Description
HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. The candidate should have good communication and organizational skills,
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall HR operations and HR team activities.
Develop recruitment strategies and achieve manpower requirements.
Oversee branch-wise recruitment and hiring targets.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, and appraisals.
Handle employee grievances, retention, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with management and branch heads on HR requirements.
Prepare and present monthly HR MIS reports.
Plan employee training and development programmes.
