Job Description
- Proactive and responsible
- Excellent at follow-ups ; emails and calls
- Good in spoken and written English
- Well organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working directly with the Director
- Good with computers and online tools
- Make performa invoices , sales proposals& quotations
- Able to manage multiple task and support the team with coordination,
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, WhatsApp, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media will be an advantage
