Hiring: Insurance Sales Executive

Education: Minimum 12th pass
Languages: Kannada (mandatory) + English
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Insurance Sales Executives to connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls, understand their needs, and explain suitable insurance products and plans.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Explain insurance products, benefits, and plans clearly
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets
Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass
Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) and English
Good communication and persuasion skills
Freshers can apply; telesales/sales experience preferred
Insurance sales experience is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (based on communication skills)
Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
