Interior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution to manage and deliver interior projects from planning and design coordination through execution and final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, site execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management skills.

• ey ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end project activities, including site execution, material procurement, installation, and handover.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, civil contractors, MEP consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, and material requirement plans.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, billing, and variation orders.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, technical challenges, and execution delays.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Ensure timely completion, snag rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior project management and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawings.
• Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, estimation, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Preferred Experience in commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, BOQs, and interior execution processes.
• Proven track record of completing projects within budget and agreed timelines.
