Job Description

Any 2 years loan against property experience mandatory

Loan Against Property is a secured loan.

Customer's property is kept as security/collateral.

Loan amount depends mainly on the property value and customer's income/repayment capacity.

It can be used for business, education, medical expenses, marriage, or other legitimate financial needs.

Interest rate is generally lower than an unsecured personal loan.

If the borrower fails to repay, the lender can enforce its rights over the mortgaged property, subject to applicable law.
