Job Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees

• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers & peripherals

• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers & switches

• Install and maintain Windows, MS Office & required software

• Manage user accounts, email IDs & system access

• Maintain IT assets, inventory & licenses

• Handle IT requirements for employee onboarding & exit

• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers

• Support antivirus, backups & basic IT security

• Maintain CCTV, biometric systems and other office IT infrastructure
