Job Description
Architectural Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to handle architectural planning, drawings, quotations, and client coordination from concept to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop designs based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare project quotations, estimates, and material specifications.
- Conduct client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Incorporate client feedback and prepare design revisions.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings and project deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, and basic estimation.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
