Junior Purchase Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle import orders, purchase processing and payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics teams.
• Manage customs clearance, shipment tracking and shipping documents.
• Verify stock arrivals, carton details and maintain inventory records.
• Handle import and export documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate inward remittances and vendor payments.
• Manage marine, inland and stock insurance.
• Assist with CDSCO licensing and visa-related documentation.
• Coordinate product sourcing and identify alternative vendors.
• Handle Indian Distribution Authorization documentation.
• Prepare daily shipment updates, EDI reports and export analysis.
• Maintain Google Sheets and ensure timely email and WhatsApp communication.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up within defined TAT.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of import/export and purchase operations.
• Good follow-up and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Quick response, attention to detail and time management.
