Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with food preparation and cooking according to restaurant standards.
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and mise en place.
  • Prepare Indian dishes and tandoori items according to the assigned role.
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment.
  • Ensure proper food storage, labelling, and stock rotation.
  • Support senior chefs and team members during service.
  • Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage.
  • Assist with baking, pastry preparation, and ice cream production according to the assigned role.
  • Support daily kitchen operations, including opening, closing, and cleaning activities.


Candidate Requirements


  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or an interest in cooking, baking, Indian cuisine, or tandoor preparation.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
  • Good personal hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or bakeries is preferred.
  • Freshers can apply for Commi 3 and Kitchen Helper positions.
