Job Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Tracking and updating accurate vehicle/vehicle movement information on the system.

- Coordinating with clients to get loads on time and negotiating for the best possible rates.

- Coordinating with truck owners/drivers to connect vehicles with available loads.

- Following up with warehouse supervisors for timely vehicle loading and unloading.

- Maintaining regular communication with clients, truckers, and warehouse teams.

- Ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned logistics activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidates only for Work From Home.

- Age between 18 to 29 years.

- Hindi is mandatory.

- Knowledge of local/regional languages is required.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable coordinating with clients, truckers, and warehouse teams.

- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.

- Flexible with working hours.

- Basic computer and system-handling skills.

- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Salary & Incentive Structure

The position is purely incentive-based.

- After successful completion of the training session and achievement of the first target, ₹5,000 confirmation amount will be provided.

- Thereafter, incentives will be calculated based on the number of targets completed.

- Average incentive: ₹500 per target.

- Earnings will depend on individual target achievement and performance.
