About Us Client is a tech-enabled fuel and energy platform built for transporters and fleet operators. The company is focused on providing a powerful software solution for vehicle expense tracking while also helping businesses unlock working capital through a digital wallet system. Client is integrated with partners like Nayara Energy and JioBP, along with other oil marketing companies (OMCs), enabling access to a wide network of fuel stations across India. Role: Control Tower Executive The Client Control Tower acts as the central command center for monitoring and managing all fuel and transaction operations in real time. Control Tower employees are responsible for monitoring fuel transactions and ensuring that wallet usage and fueling activities are accurate and compliant. They track fleet behavior and identify unusual patterns such as misuse, and operational delays. They are also responsible for resolving issues by coordinating with drivers, transporters, and fuel station partners. The team plays a critical role in detecting risks and preventing fraud by identifying discrepancies in fuel quantity and transaction patterns. They ensure that all processes follow defined SOPs and that any deviations are addressed immediately. In addition, the team focuses on improving operational efficiency by reducing downtime, ensuring faster fueling turnaround, and maintaining a seamless transaction experience for users. Control Tower employees also manage relationships with fuel station partners by ensuring fuel availability, maintaining service quality, and resolving on-ground operational issues. They contribute to data-driven decision-making by generating reports, tracking transaction metrics, and providing insights on fuel usage, savings, and efficiency. Performance is measured through key indicators such as transaction success rates, issue resolution time, reduction in leakages or fraud, station uptime, and overall user satisfaction. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to handle real-time data monitoring and updates • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night, if required) • Strong and professional communication skills for coordination with transporters and fuel station staff • Ability to communicate in multiple regional languages (preferred 4 languages) • Minimum qualification: Degree, diploma, or equivalent (subject to verification) • Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore (flexibility to be discussed during the interview) • Professional attitude, discipline, and presentable • Candidate with 2 Year's of experience preferably with logistics background. • Problem Solving skills. Good in communication. • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting. • Willing to travel & meet transporters as and when there's a business requirement. Must own a Two wheeler.
