Job Description

Industry: Premium Serviced Apartments

Role: Marketing / Business Development

Experience: Candidates with proven experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, real estate, corporate sales, or related industries preferred.

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Business Development professional who can actively generate business and bring new clients for our premium serviced apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into clients

• Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, MNCs and business houses

• Build relationships with HR teams, travel managers, relocation companies and corporate decision-makers

• Generate bookings for short-term and long-term stays

• Develop referral and channel-partner networks

• Identify new business opportunities and market segments

• Handle client meetings, negotiations and follow-ups

• Plan and execute effective offline and digital marketing activities

• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets
