📌 Job Responsibilities – Design & Development- designers

-Develop and modify product designs as per customer requirements and project specifications.

-Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand new product requirements and design inputs.

-Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

-Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

-Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW for artwork, design layouts, labels, and related design requirements.

-Conduct product study and feasibility checks for new enquiries.

-Create, review, and update product drawings and design documentation.

-Validate artwork, tooling, and design requirements before production.

-Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during prototype and pilot runs.

-Support design modifications based on production feedback and customer requirements.

-Maintain design records, drawings, reports, and other technical documentation.

-Ensure drawings and designs meet required specifications and manufacturing feasibility.

-Assist in resolving design-related issues during product development and production.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

-Good knowledge of AutoCAD – 2D drafting and drawing modification.

-Basic to good knowledge of CorelDRAW for artwork and design-related work.

-Ability to read and understand engineering/customer drawings.

-Basic understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

-Knowledge of product development and design feasibility.

-Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting will be an added advantage.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

-Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.

-Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Design, Drafting, Product Development, or related fields are preferred.

-Candidates with practical knowledge of AutoCAD and CorelDRAW will be preferred.
