Field Marketing Executive – Job Description

Job SummaryMardamed Healthcare is seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Marketing Executives to promote the company’s healthcare products and services within an assigned territory. The role involves developing relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners, generating leads, supporting sales growth, conducting field activities, and providing timely market feedback. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face communication, comfortable with regular travel, and committed to ethical healthcare marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities·      Plan and execute daily field visits across the assigned territory.

·      Promote Mardamed Healthcare’s products and services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.

·      Identify prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and support conversion in coordination with the sales team.

·      Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

·      Conduct product presentations, awareness activities, camps, meetings, and other approved promotional initiatives.

·      Achieve assigned activity, lead-generation, sales, and collection targets.

·      Monitor competitor activity, pricing, customer preferences, and market trends, and submit actionable feedback.

·      Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, orders, follow-ups, expenses, and customer interactions.

·      Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution.

·      Follow all company policies, approved promotional practices, and applicable healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications &

Experience·      Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

·      Fresh graduates with strong communication and field-sales aptitude may apply.

·      One to three years of experience in field marketing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, or a related sector is preferred.

·      Knowledge of the assigned local market and regional language is desirable.

·      Valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are preferred, subject to territory requirements.

Work Requirements·      Regular travel within the assigned territory.

·      Flexibility to attend customer meetings, promotional events, or camps as scheduled.

·      Daily reporting and periodic business reviews with the reporting manager.

·      Quality and frequency of field visits and customer engagement.
