Job Description
Buyer Coordination: Single point of contact for buyer - PO follow-up, tech packs, comments, approvalsOrder Execution: Costing, booking, BOM, timeline preparation and tracking from sampling to shipmentSampling: Follow up with PD team for proto, fit, PP, salesman samples. Ensure quality & timelinesProduction Follow-up: Daily coordination with Production, Planning, and QA teams for inline quality, deliveryDocumentation: Prepare commercial documents, shipping docs, and maintain order MISProblem Solving: Handle buyer complaints, rejections, and ensure corrective actionsRequired Skills:Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and processesStrong communication skills with buyers and factory teamProficient in Excel, Email, and ERPAbility to handle multiple styles and tight deadlines
