📊 Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• 📊 Maintain and analyze business data and performance reports
• 💻 Create and manage Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
• 🔄 Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments
• 📋 Monitor KPIs, targets, sales, productivity, and operational performance
• 📧 Share timely reports with management and concerned teams
• 🔍 Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
• 📑 Maintain databases and organize important MIS records
• 📊 Generate customized reports as per management requirements
• 🤝 Coordinate with various departments for data collection and validation
• ⚡ Automate and improve reporting processes wherever possible
• 🔐 Maintain confidentiality and security of business information

🛠️ Required Skills

• 📊 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 🧮 Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, Charts
• 📉 Understanding of data analysis and reporting
• 💬 Good communication and coordination skills
• ⏱️ Ability to manage deadlines and multiple reports
• 💻 Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage

💯 Strong knowledge of MS Excel
