Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction and refresher training for Collection Executives

• Train employees on collection & recovery techniques

• Conduct mock calls, role plays and objection-handling sessions

• Coach employees on PTP, negotiation and customer handling

• Monitor calls and provide performance feedback

• Identify skill gaps and conduct improvement training

• Support new joiners during the nesting period

• Track training performance and assessment scores

Requirements:

✔️ Strong collections/process knowledge

✔️ Excellent communication & presentation skills

✔️ Good coaching and mentoring abilities

✔️ Experience in NBFC/FinTech/Banking
