Network Administrator

Job Title: Network Administrator (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Summary We are looking for a Network Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations across offices, CRM systems, and digital platforms, supporting business-critical applications and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (downtime, latency, packet loss) • Manage Wi-Fi networks, access points, and office connectivity • Ensure server uptime, backups, and basic system administration • Handle email servers, DNS, domain configurations, and hosting environments • Support CRM systems, lead management tools, and cloud services • Implement network security protocols, firewall rules, and VPNs • Maintain IP cameras (CCTV) and surveillance network integration • Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for network upgrades and issue resolution • Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills • Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP • Routing & Switching • Firewall & Network Security • Hands-on experience with: Routers (TP-Link, Airtel, etc.) • Windows/Linux servers (advanced) • cPanel / Hosting / Email setup Understanding of: • VPN setup • VLANs and network segmentation Familiarity with: • Cloud services (AWS / Hottinger VPS preferred) • CRM integrations and API-based systems • Troubleshooting mindset and quick issue resolution

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience in network administration Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CCNA / Network+ / MCSA

Preferred • Experience in real estate CRM systems or lead management tools • Knowledge of VoIP systems and call tracking setups • Exposure to digital marketing tracking (Google/Facebook integrations) • Basic scripting (Bash / Shell/ Python) • Fast learning environment with real-world problem solving
