Job Description
We are looking for an experienced North Indian Cook for Makhhan Lal, a North Indian restaurant in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert in preparing crispy, fluffy Poori, Kachori and Bhature.
- Experience in preparing different varieties of Kachori, including Aloo Kachori and Bedmi Poori.
- Skilled in dough preparation, stuffing, frying techniques and maintaining consistent taste and quality.
- Manage the Kadhai section independently and handle orders during peak hours.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food quality standards.
- Follow standard recipes (SOPs) and minimize food wastage.
Good to Have:
- Experience in preparing authentic Punjabi-style Pindi Chole.
- Previous experience working in a North Indian restaurant.
- Ability to manage kitchen preparation independently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience preferred.
- Must be skilled in making Bhature, Poori and Kachori.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
