💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional and compassionate patient care while supporting the healthcare team.

✅ Provide attentive, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients.

✅ Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, health conditions, and overall well-being.

✅ Administer medicines, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.

✅ Assist doctors and senior healthcare professionals during consultations, procedures, and treatments.

✅ Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and other required documentation.

✅ Observe patients carefully and immediately communicate any change in their condition to the concerned doctor or senior staff.

✅ Provide basic first aid and appropriate nursing support during emergency situations.

✅ Follow proper infection-control procedures and maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety.

✅ Assist patients with their healthcare and daily care requirements as needed.

✅ Explain basic treatment instructions, medication schedules, hygiene practices, and follow-up care to patients and attendants.

✅ Ensure nursing equipment and medical supplies are used safely and maintained properly.

✅ Keep patient-care areas clean, organized, safe, and comfortable.

✅ Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, patients, attendants, and other team members.

✅ Maintain patient confidentiality and follow professional healthcare ethics.

✅ Follow all nursing protocols, workplace policies, safety guidelines, and healthcare standards.

🎓 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for nurses who are:

👩‍⚕️ ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualified or possess a relevant nursing qualification.

📋 Registered Nurse/Midwife as applicable.

🌱 Freshers are welcome to apply.

⭐ Candidates with previous hospital, clinic, healthcare centre, or patient-care experience are encouraged to apply.
