Job Description

Explain House Construct's residential construction services, process, and offerings.

Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Schedule customer meetings and site visits.

Coordinate with the Sales, Design, QS, and Project teams.

Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up activities in CRM.

Track the complete lead journey from enquiry to conversion.

Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.

Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

Build strong relationships with prospective and existing
