Job SummaryStable Money is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Telesales Executives to promote and sell Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other fixed-income investment products. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining investment products, handling objections, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Explain Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, and other fixed-income investment products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain interest rates, tenure, maturity benefits, and product features.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and sales records in CRM.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Financial Product Sales.
• Experience in FD, Bonds, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or FinTech will be an added advantage.
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investments.
• Language RequirementsEnglish – Mandatory
