Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
● Execute packing activities strictly as per defined SOPs and company standards.
● Perform thorough quality checks on all jewellery items before packing (product, finish, defects, SKU match, and accessories).
● Ensure correct packaging materials are used (boxes, bands, inserts, tapes, etc.) as per guidelines.
● Identify packing errors, process gaps, and product issues proactively and take immediate corrective action.
● Escalate recurring issues and provide inputs for process improvement.
● Maintain accuracy in order packing to avoid mis-shipments and customer complaints.
● Ensure proper sealing, labelling, and handling of high-value jewellery items.
● Support supervisors in monitoring junior packers and maintaining packing quality standards.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization at the packing station.
● Adhere to daily targets without compromising on quality.
