JOB DESCRIPTION – PICKER & PACKERJob Role: Picker & Packer
Job Location: Bangalore (Multiple Locations)
Monthly Salary: ₹16,800
- Salary & BenefitsBasic Salary: ₹16,800 per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000
- Performance Bonus: ₹1,000
- ESI & PF: Provided
- Additional Incentives: As per company policy
- Job ResponsibilitiesPick products according to customer orders.
- Pack products safely and accurately.
- Check product quality, quantity and expiry dates.
- Arrange and organize products in the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
- Ensure orders are prepared within the given timeline.
- Coordinate with the team leader and warehouse supervisor.
- Eligibility CriteriaMale & Female candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of reading and identifying products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
