Picker / Packer

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and responsible Picker & Packers to support day-to-day Dark Store operations. The associate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing customer orders, maintaining product quality, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch within the defined SLA.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products accurately from designated racks/bins using handheld scanners or mobile devices.
• Verify SKU, product description, quantity, size and variant before picking.
• Check product quality, freshness, expiry date and physical condition.
• Pack customer orders safely using the prescribed packing materials.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy and avoid wrong/missing/damaged items.
• Complete picking and packing within the defined TAT/SLA.
• Keep the picking, packing and storage areas clean and organized.
• Support stock replenishment and proper placement of products in designated locations.
• Report missing, damaged, expired or incorrect inventory to the Shift Incharge.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Scan products and orders correctly at every required process step.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/rider team for timely order handover.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety, hygiene and food-quality standards.
• Support cycle counts and inventory verification whenever required.
• Immediately escalate system, scanner, inventory or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity standards throughout the shift.

• EligibilityMinimum 10th Pass; 12th qualification preferred.
• Freshers can apply; warehouse/retail/e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Basic reading, counting and smartphone/handheld-device skills.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dark-store environment.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
