Job Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for promptly connecting with assigned leads, understanding their property requirements, recommending suitable properties, maintaining regular follow-ups, and converting interested leads into qualified site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Contact: Contact every assigned lead within the expected timeline and establish the first interaction professionally.
• Requirement Understanding: Understand the customer's budget, preferred location, property type, BHK, purpose of purchase, timeline, and other requirements.
• Property Recommendation: Identify and share properties that closely match the customer's requirements, along with better alternatives where applicable.
• Property Presentation: Clearly explain the key details, benefits, pricing, location, and other relevant information about the recommended properties.
• Lead Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers to understand their feedback and level of interest in the properties shared.
• Interest Identification: Identify which property or properties the customer is interested in and understand any concerns or objections.
• Site Visit Conversion: Encourage interested customers to visit the property/site so they can evaluate the options and make an informed decision.
• Site Visit Coordination: Collect the required site-visit details and coordinate with the concerned Sales Coordinator for the visit.
• CRM Management: Accurately update lead status, customer requirements, follow-ups, property interests, and site-visit details in the CRM.
• Lead Handover: Assign the confirmed site visit to the appropriate Sales Coordinator and properly transfer the client in the CRM with all relevant information.
• Follow-Up Tracking: Ensure no assigned lead is missed and maintain timely follow-ups until the lead is successfully converted or closed.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Sales Coordinators and the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to site visit.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Good convincing and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, pre-sales, or customer handling is preferred.
