Job Description

Job
Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.
· Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
· Monitor production quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
· Coordinate with packing, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
· Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, materials, and machinery.
· Maintain production reports and ensure workplace safety.
· Minimise wastage and achieve production targets.
Required
Skills:
· Good production planning and team management skills.
· Knowledge of packing operations and/or pulp and paper manufacturing processes.
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to meet production targets and manage deadlines.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
